We are delighted to invite you to “Artificial Intelligence in Erasmus+ Implementation” International Week, taking place from May 5th to 9th, 2025.
This event is particularly valuable as we will be hosting staff from both KA131 and KA171 projects. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to meet representatives from both European and non-European countries. This is a unique opportunity to build new partnerships, strengthen collaboration, and spark innovative ideas.
Together, we shall explore the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in shaping the Erasmus+ project implementation at higher education institutions and global partnerships.
We kindly invite you to join us in Alanya, a city that epitomizes the beauty and culture of the Turkish Riviera. Experience its rich history, warm hospitality, and authentic Turkish cuisine, as well as the intellectual and cultural exchanges that await.

Event Application Deadline:March 31st, 2024
Selection Criteria:
Evaluations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Applications must be submitted in English.
Incomplete or incorrectly completed applications will not be evaluated.
Participation Fee: 275 EUR
This fee includes: meals as outlined in the program, excursions and entrance fees, Turkish Folk Evening, beverages/snacks during breaks.
Funding:
Participants are responsible for securing Erasmus+ mobility grants or other funding from their home institutions to cover travel and living expenses.
